Littlehubs is a child care platform thats redefining how families access informal care. Weve simplified the process, while creating a more trusted way for families access care in their local community.
HOW IT WORKS
Through the Littlehubs Parent app, you can connect and book with trusted carers for a one-off or ongoing care arrangement.
The arrangements are hosted in your home, giving you the flexibility to do what you need to do.
PRICING
Pay for a carer based on their experience. Our carers cost from $27.00 per hour.
SCREENING
All carers must have a valid WWC and First Aid certificate. You can also watch their video on the app before booking
CARERS ARE REVIEWED
Review carers at the end of the booking for ongoing and casual bookings.
PAYMENTS MADE IN-APP
Parents pay in advance for the number of hours of care they need. At the end of the arrangement, the carer can then submit the timesheet. No need to worry about paying cash!!
CANCELLATIONS
For casual and ongoing arrangements you must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you wish to cancel an ongoing arrangement, you will need to get in touch with the Littlehubs Team*
INSURANCE
For your peace of mind – the carer has liability insurance while performing care in your home.
